When does time stop?

We wake up and go about our daily routines week after week and soon the leaves turn and the seasons change and soon we’re ten years older and wondering where the time went. Many of us have unfinished projects and we feel we wasted time due to unguided youthful days and some of those days where we might not have listened and should have. Here I am knowing full well that my passion and calling is writing and always has been and it’s luckily something I can say I feel I’m good at. I’m not professional or scholar. I’ve made no great discoveries in life. I push paper in medical records at my local hospital and grind away to finish a degree I feel will never get me anywhere other than disappointments. I think of what I will do after I finish that degree in a year and think I’ll push harder to finish the books I’m currently yet slowly writing. I think the world will enjoy them as I imagined them and think that others should also pursue the things that make them happy. I want to hope the economy will get better but I have no hope for it that’s why I’m worried my degree might not even be enough. But who knows maybe my books will make it and they could turn into something grand. Life needs to slow down just a little bit so I can enjoy the seasons a little bit more. I fear the whole world is stressed beyond repair these days and I think it could be catastrophic for the future.
